What does a session look like?:
Online meeting via Zoom lasts for 75 minutes.
During the session, I ask questions that help to immediately organize one's inner self. Sometimes, a moment of mindfulness and listening is all it takes to feel relief and see the solution clearly.
At the end of the session, you will gain a new view of your life and tips for further independent self-work, so you can assist yourself without my help and question your thoughts.

How to schedule a session?:

Note: I am not a psychotherapist. My work focuses on spiritual growth, liberating from attachments to suffering caused by thought processes. I give you tools to use and observe the mind as well as to stay in your body. The goal is to open up to deeper self-awareness and observe the mind's traps. We do not treat traumas or require long-term therapy. You will stop identifying with the problem and you will stop fixing it. The tools you receive in the session will allow you to help yourself by practicing questioning thoughts and adopting a loving-kindness attitude towards yourself and your problems. THIS SESSION WILL give you independence in meditation and in solving the problems by yourself.
